Dark Pools and Sable Bridge connect institutional and private investors to Zimbabwe's mineral-processing and concession economy. We were built for a specific moment: a February 2026 export ban that turned the country's raw-material endowment into a beneficiation opportunity — and a generation of investors who want that upside without the balance-sheet risk.
So we structured the exposure differently. Capital is governed from Delaware, pooled and deployed through South Africa, and originated on the ground in Harare. Investors hold dollars, not Zimbabwean balance-sheet risk; the country exposure is contractual — offtake, leases and royalties — not direct.

Investor capital is held in US and South African accounts and is never exposed to Zimbabwean balance-sheet risk. Only matched working balances cross the border. Returns flow back in USD under treaty-protected repatriation — subscriptions, holdings and redemptions all denominated and independently audited in dollars.
